An association built around one goal: helping people stand on their own.

We work with adults and young people who face barriers to participating fully in social and professional life — whether due to long-term unemployment, health difficulties, addiction, or social isolation. Our team combines vocational counselling, health education and community-based activities into support that is practical, personal, and free from judgement.

Every programme is delivered by people trained in social work, health promotion and psychological support, working directly with participants rather than at a distance from them.

  • Person-centred

Every plan starts from the person, not a fixed programme template.

  • Confidential

Conversations and records are handled with strict discretion.

  • Evidence-informed

Health and prevention work follows recognised public health practice.

  • Community-rooted

Delivered locally, in Warsaw, alongside local institutions and partners.

Support across six connected areas

Programmes are designed to work together — a person may start with one and move naturally into another as their needs change.

Social reintegration

One-to-one and group support to rebuild daily structure, confidence and social connections after a period of exclusion.

Vocational reintegration

Practical help with job readiness, applications and workplace skills for people returning to employment.

Health promotion

Workshops and counselling that help participants understand and take care of their physical and mental health.

Sexual health education

Age-appropriate, non-judgemental education covering sexual health, consent and healthy relationships.

Addiction prevention

Prevention education and referral support addressing substance use and behavioural addiction risks.

Community & peer groups

Regular meetups and peer-led groups that keep people connected after formal support ends.

Support that's local, honest, and built to last beyond a single visit.

We are a small association by design — small enough that participants are known by name, and structured enough to offer real, ongoing programmes rather than one-off sessions.
